LIVE A DAY THE GREEK WAY!

The Greek Community of East Vancouver invites you to come “Live a Day the Greek Way”. The festival features Greek food, drink and entertainment.

Friday June 27th to Sunday July 6th Noon to 11 p.m 4641 Boundary Road @ 29th.

Admission is Free Plenty of covered seating is available so come out rain or shine.

Our History

For a long time we wanted to share our culture with our city. It was evident with the popularity of the old Greek Day that people of all backgrounds enjoyed the sounds, smells and tastes of Greece. In 1987, we decided to have the first Greek Summer Festival of East Vancouver.

Since then, our festival has become more and more popular. With participation from many other groups, both cultural and community, we have built a strong, exciting celebration of multicultural life in Canada and our Greek heritage at the same time. We invite everyone from any background to come and learn about our culture and those of our friends who participate. This is a festival for everyone!

Please use the menu at the top to navigate our site, of course, coming down in person to see us and experience it for yourself is a much better way to learn and enjoy—plus you can't smell or taste the food from your computer screen

Explore our culture, our land and our people. Discover our Greek Orthodox religion, savour a sizzling hot souvlaki or a honey-sweet baklava and raise a glass with us in celebration. Listen to the vibrant music of the Mediterranean, and even better - get up and dance with us! We are open every day from noon to 11PM. See you at the Festival!
